The notes for the application of free quality warranty:
• 24-month quality warranty since the issuing date of invoice;
• It is required to present valid invoice and quality warranty certificate;
• Any damage incurred by non-human factors, for example, the movement quality problem incurred by colliding, inappropriate use etc.
• FIYTA Technology Center provides repair and maintenance service.
• The expiration of specified quality warranty period after the purchase of product
• The damage to components caused by human-factor colliding, abnormal use, inappropriate use or failure to operate in accordance with the user guide provided by FIYTA.
• Normal abrasion or scratching of exterior parts (case, bracelet, crystal, bezel, buckle, crown and case back).
• The falling off or color fading of electroplated coating within quality warranty period.
•The FIYTA watch which hasn’t been dismantled by the personnel authorized by FIYTA or the FIYTA watch whose original form has been transformed (out of the control of FIYTA).
