How long does a personalized script inscribing service take?

Ordinary script inscribing service needs 7-15 working days, the number of days required by special script and pattern needs shall be decided according to the specific situation.

What does Trustworthy warranty cover?

In accordance with after-sales warranty policies of repair, replacement and refund, in case of any malfunction related to quality of the movement since purchase date of the watch, the customer will be provided with the after-sales service (refund within 7 days, exchange within 15 days, 24-month quality warranty).The damage of exterior parts, the damage incurred by external force and the watch dismantled by unauthorized personnel are not within the quality warranty scope.
Whether the watch can be sent for repair?

If you are not convenient to go to the maintenance outlet, you’re recommended to contact the maintenance technician via the phone to make a confirmation. It is generally supported that the watch can be sent for repair, but it is subject to the notification of the maintenance technician.
What’s the maintenance procedure?

The one-year national warranty is provided since the purchase date of product (subject to the date indicated on invoice). The non-warranty contents include: normal abrasion and aging of case, metal bracelet, crystal, buckle, crown, case back and bezel (such as superficial scratch, color fading); color fading or material deterioration of non-metal watchstrap (such as leather strap, fiber-woven strap, plastic strap); the coming-off or color fading of electroplated coating after expiration of quality warranty period; watchcase surface corrosion incurred by contacting with corrosive gas or chemicals; abnormal and incorrect use (colliding, knocking, squeezing, superficial damage etc.); the damage to any part of the watch incurred by the failure to follow the instructions of the FIYTA Watch User Manual; the watch has been dismantled by the personnel not authorized by FIYTA.

Special prompt

When the watch is severely impacted by external force in using process, the waterproof part of the case will be damaged and the aging of gasket will be accelerated. Using a watch in an environment with a large temperature variation such as a hot water bath or a sauna will accelerate the aging of gasket. The above-mentioned factors will affect the performance of water resistance. Therefore, the watch should be protected from collision and wearing watch in the sauna environment shall be avoided.
It is not recommended to operate the crown and chronograph button in the water. After swimming, please rinse the watch with clean water and completely dry it. The precise time-keeping will not be guaranteed when the watch is magnetized. The watch which has no anti-magnetic mark should not be placed next to strong magnetic objects or the appliances generating high-intensity magnetic field. Acid-alkaline corrosive substances such as chemical solvents and detergents may corrode the surface of the case, the surface of the watchstrap or surface electroplated coating, these materials should avoid the direct contact with the watch. When rinsing metal case and bracelet, you can use diluted soapy water and a soft brush to rinse it and thoroughly dry it with a microfiber cloth. Before cleaning your watch, always ensure that the winding crown is screwed down properly against the case to guarantee waterproofness.
Buckle maintenance

The buckle fastening method has two modes including friction fastening and spring fastening.
Paying attention to buckle maintenance can prolong the service life of buckle. Due to friction or the wearing of sliding parts, fastening force of friction buckle may become loosened after long-term use. When the fastening force becomes deteriorated, it should be timely repaired to ensure safe wearing.
The rustiness of the spring incurred by contacting with water in spring fastener buckle can affect its elasticity and service life.
The spring clasp shall be avoided to contact with water. A small amount of low-viscosity lubricant can be dripped in the hole on the back of the buckle to maintain the spring performance and wearing comfortableness.
Watchstrap maintenance

In order to maintain durability of watchstrap, you’re recommended to pay attention to following matters when using it.
Avoid long-term exposure of leather watchstrap to the sun to prevent color fading;
Avoid the contact of leather watchstrap with water to prevent the shortening of service life;
Avoid strap degumming or the hardening of the surface incurred by the contact of leather watchstrap with acid, alkali and oleaginous substances;
The metal bracelet should be adjusted to have an appropriate length to ensure comfortable wearing experience and reduce wearing of the pin. You can enjoy the service of watchband length adjustment at FIYTA counter free of charge.
The metal bracelet should be cleaned regularly, and sweat corrosion may cause loosening or rupture of the pin.
Movement maintenance

Since watch is a precise timekeeping instrument, it needs to be rinsed and maintained regularly to ensure accurate time-keeping. It is recommended to carry out detection or rinsing maintenance after continuous wearing of 1-2 years to reduce the wearing of parts, ensure accurate time-keeping and prolong the service life. The mechanical watch is subject to severe collisions, which can lead to deteriorated time-keeping precision. The dismantle-based rinsing and a complete overhaul of movement are required.
